Many can mistake this dark red gem as a ruby but garnet is a more valuable and prettier gem. Although it has many color variations red is it's main color. It's a very dense and hard to see through but it shines prettier than any other gems.

This beautiful pink gem is from the same family as sapphires but instead if a bright color morganite shines with a pale pink.It's rarety makes it on of the most expensive gems in the world. Morganites are often mistaken for peach beryl but they are much harder and less colorful.
